Sarah Colasuonno | House Director, Humanities & Composition

First Year at ACA: 2024

Sarah Colasuonno graduated from Colorado Christian University with degrees in both Biblical Studies with Languages and Theology. Throughout her time at CCU, she served as a teaching and research assistant for multiple faculty within the theology department and has found herself immensely grateful for their voices, insights, and experience in shepherding students. It was there that her love for historical theology, patristic scholarship, and hermeneutics was cultivated. Following graduation, Sarah worked as a freelance writer and editor, assisting with projects ranging from mortgage banking to biblical eldership. Taking on the role of teacher at ACA in 2024, Sarah is passionate about the spiritual and personal formation allotted by the classical model and its orientation toward Christian excellence and God-centered worship. She feels honored to partake in shaping the minds, habits, and affections of the next generation of leaders and congregants.

Outside of ACA, Sarah and her husband, Marcus, run the Health Provision Project and I'm Sent non-profit organizations centered on providing physical and spiritual care, international and domestic. In their spare time, they enjoy being outdoors, moments with a good book and cup of tea, spontaneous travel, and cooking together.
